As my physical practice and teaching have become ever more intuitive and organic, I have also noticed how it becomes increasingly more effortless and ever more simple.
Whereas i used to follow ever more complicated, very linear feeling yoga flow, I now tend to move in much less restrictive ways.
There is no naming of any movement, no postures, no lineage or system to follow, it is all very simple.
Stretching has been replaced by simply allowing space to appear, strengthening swapped out for intelligent integration of the whole body, in both motion and stillness.
The smoothness of the breath and the unstrained fluid motion of the spine are the markers that tell us we are falling into these states and when everything clicks into place, we get a perfect sense of whole body, breath and mind integration.
In this two hour workshop we will explore the places where this simplicity is hidden in plain sight and try to discover for ourselves the ways in which we can find complete freedom with the least involvement of mind.
Through circular movement patterns, coordinations and proprioception games each individual has the freedom to find solutions for themselves rather than be handed someone else's fix.
There is an optional Q&A afterwards and following the workshop at 12:45 an open forum for anyone interested in our April 2021 Teacher Training course to dig a bit deeper.
£10 per person via the paypal link below.
A google meet link will be sent the day before and if you cant make it in person a recording can be provided afterwards.
