Welcome to the BB4 Club for October :)
To notice any real progression or improvement in a meditation practice it has to be consistent. You would never improve at swimming or piano or anything else if you never practised regularly and meditation is no different -- its even harder!
Whether you manage to join for every morning and evening session or watch the sessions back later in the day is totally up to you but I promise that if you practice at least three times a week consistently, you will notice a difference in your daily life.
There is a great power in coming together as a group- there is the knowledge that many others are also dealing with the same hopes and struggles and equally that we are all connected in our desire to be better individuals as well as willing each other to succeed.
