- 5 weekends live online in the more wintery months. Here we will cover the fundamentals of topics such as teaching skills, breath-work, meditation and mindfulness, lucid dreaming as part of your spiritual practice, unravelling your story as a teacher, the business and practicalities of yoga, Post course mentoring and development sessions live online and much more

Our very special teacher 200hour training course has been called one of the most unique and groundbreaking yoga TT's in the UK.
We don't feel that we 'train' anyone, simply provide a safe space in which everyone can explore with some guidance, the potential teacher that they already have inside of them.
This approach came about as the result of teaching workshops and intensives at studios all over the UK and in the process meeting a range of magical yoga teachers with a huge wealth of experience between them. Disenchanted with the way that many yoga teacher training courses seemed to turn out almost robotic teachers with little authenticity of their own, Dan and Gemma decided to put together something very different. A course that retained small numbers of students in each intake and encouraged those yogis to find their own perfect way of both practising and facilitating that journey in others rather than 'teaching' others to follow their instructions mindlessly. A new breed of yoga teacher and way of practising was born!
Unlike many teacher training programmes that add a training to their studios' class schedule and allocate teaching tasks on their course to a small pool of convenient studio teachers, we only run teacher training courses and bring some of the countries most inspirational tutors to our little corner of the world to share their knowledge with you.

Location and Accommodation
Most of our students relish the chance to spend some time making these occasional escapes over the course of the year to our wonderful countryside and beaches. We teach outside whenever the weather allows and generally escape after class to surf, swim, walk or just sit to watch the sun going down!
In 2023 our teacher training takes place at the magical Chyan Cultural Centre, Falmouth, just minutes from some of our favourite beaches. Chyan has acres of permaculture gardens, streams, wild swimming ponds and footpaths to enjoy and is set in a sheltered valley that seems removed from the rest of the world.
There is ample accommodation on site at Chyan, from budget friendly camping starting at £8 per night, through to their private rooms Manaccan, Pendragon & Gilly Flower as well as many other options nearby in Falmouth.
The choice is yours, you book the training through us and then have the freedom to book any accommodation that you might need direct with them.
