After many years of writing various bits of books in many incarnations I woke one morning to pretty much sit down and write out the bones of this entire book. It then took me around a year to get it into a comprehensive form, with a lot of energy added from many friends as proofreaders, designers and just general enthusiasm.

I felt deeply, like many do, that a shift of some kind is needed; a wake up call to  remind humans that we can't just keep taking more and hoping that it fills the hole we feel inside of us. Real and lasting change has to come from inside that hole, not from outside of it. Otherwise it is just stuffing and sooner or later stuffing always gets squashed back down and needs more added. 


Although I originally intended to publish this, it seems only right in the current times we find ourselves in,  to offer it for Less :) Therefore this book is given entirely for free or donation. If you do feel that you are in a position to make a donation, before or after you have read it, or indeed for any of the other free material available,  then you can do that via paypal using the button below and anything would be gratefully accepted even £1 !

Anyway I hope that something in these 150 or so pages is of some use to you, take from it what you will and expect nothing at all !

Meditation videos, MP3 audio Meditations and Yoga Nidras with Dan, Gemma & ​YLW teachers


The following audio and video meditations are all MP3 files that can be played on any sound or videdo player. They are fine to listen to at any time of day or to fall asleep to, as ever if you feel mentally uncomfortable during any meditation, guided or otherwise, simply open your eyes, have a stretch and have a cup of tea. Don't ever force yourself to go deeper than you feel is best for you.

They are mostly available to listen to for free, for a couple of other recording that are included with our online meditation course, we are asking for £2.50 - cheaper than a cup of coffee but infinitely better for your lasting mental health! Of course if you feel that you need one of these meditations but can't afford it please just email and let us know. 

Remember never listen to yoga nidra or meditation when driving - you can become just too relaxed very quickly!
