Meditation videos, MP3 audio Meditations and Yoga Nidras with Dan, Gemma & YLW teachers
The following audio and video meditations are all MP3 files that can be played on any sound or video player. They are fine to listen to at any time of day or to fall asleep to, as ever if you feel mentally uncomfortable during any meditation, guided or otherwise, simply open your eyes, have a stretch and have a cup of tea. Don't ever force yourself to go deeper than you feel is best for you.
They are mostly available to listen to for free, for a couple of other recording that are included with our online meditation course, we are asking for £2.50 - cheaper than a cup of coffee but infinitely better for your lasting mental health! Of course if you feel that you need one of these meditations but can't afford it please just email and let us know.
Remember never listen to yoga nidra or meditation when driving - you can become just too relaxed very quickly!
