For the purposes of newsletter subscription and course application process we may collect:

• Contact information including your email address, postal address and telephone number as well as, for course applications, any special needs that you may have, medical conditions that might affect your practice or participation and the contact details of an Emergency Contact in case of an emergency -please obtain their permission first!!!
What We do with the information
We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, specifically for:
• Internal record-keeping and administration such as providing course materials, invoicing, certification. Emergency details to assist us in the case of an emergency situation whilst on a training course
• for newsletter subscribers we may send newsletters via email about new projects, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting

For individuals enrolled on courses and trainings, emergency information such as special needs and contact details of yourself and an emergency contact may be passed on to the responsible tutor in order to keep you as safe as possible in the event of an emergency.
