A two day online or in person course for teachers and practitioners of any discipline exploring functional breathwork for physical and mental health, recovery and peak performance within our practise and our teaching
Over six years of running this course and I never fail to get excited by it :)
No gimmicks, no fancy techniques, no hyperventilating, just learning to observe poor habits and return the breath to how it is supposed to move as we unravel some of the very inefficient patterns it has fallen into.
From a 5 year old with crippling asthma who had to be carried around the house by his dad, to studies at medical school and as a sciece teacher - then experience with freediving, surfing, yoga and a multitude of breathwork techniques - I have always been fascinated by breath.
I succesfully retrained the way I breathe and was able to leave behind a lifetime of sinusitis and most asthma medications as well as using it to work with anxiety and panic attacks that had plagued me since my childhood.
