Our London Immersive yoga teacher training is our longest training with extra sessions incorporated so that we can fit in ALL of our course facilitators.
It is held over the course of a year at the Light Centre studios in Moorgate and Belgravia within walking distance of Liverpool Street station. This immersion covers 21 sessions spread across a total of eight weekend sessions and some longer weekends roughly every six weeks from April 2017 until April 2018. We hope that this will make it as easy as possible to fit it in around your existing work commitments.
It is also a zero air miles teacher training which is very important for us and we offer a limited number of funded places for London residents on low income/benefits/out of work in exchange for volunteering help on the course and at the studios.
Many of our course facilitators teach at some of Londons' top studios including Triyoga, Indaba, The Light Centre, Yotopia and YogaHaven and can offer you a glimpse into the world of a London yoga teacher whilst giving you a helping hand to get started. Click here to find out who will be guiding you along and what units you will be following. You can also find out more about our teacher training philosophy and structure here
Following completion of the course and as a new member of the Yoga Like Water family, we offer a mentorship programme for students. You will be allocated a tutor to oversee your first steps into teaching. We believe that this is something that many yoga teacher training courses overlook and do not offer, but it is very important to us that you do not feel as if you are alone as you embark on your exciting new journey as a yoga instructor. With your tutor you will be able to ask questions, assist them in class where possible and be introduced into the world of teaching yoga.
There is also a London TT taster session for anyone considering joining the training on the 28th January at the Light Centre Belgravia Studio. You can come and explore how to understand your own practice and get to meet some of the course tutors to discuss their units and why they think the course is so special. Click here to book a place on the workshop or a free spot on the meet the tutors session. |
