techniques for exploring mental wellbeing and happiness

Picture

How time flies! I guess that we have spent over 50 years between us exploring the mind, meditation practices and philosophies from all sorts of disciplines and viewpoints; from Yoga and Buddhism to Taoism, Advaita Vedanta and Flow State theory.

I'd love to say that we have committed 50 years without faltering, but of course life seems to have a habit of getting in the way of our best intentions. Yet in actual fact, that is really what it is all about, taking some simple lessons and applying them to real life situations where we get to put them into practice and test their usefulness. It is all well and good being able to find some peace and stillness on a yoga mat in a dark room, surrounded by candles, but unless you can carry that practice into real life situations its only use will be as an occasional relief.

One thing that we have concluded, is that almost every philosophy, religion and system is essentially pointing towards the same thing and many of the techniques from different traditions are incredibly similar, just with different names or manners of pointing the way!

Don't worry too much about the techniques, names, styles or systems, just find what works for you at any given time and likewise be prepared to let go of that and move on when your needs or understanding shifts.

We have recorded almost 3 hours of videos, exploring and explaining some of our favourite topics to help you on your way and an accompanying 3 hours of recorded audio meditations and practices for you to immerse yourself in experientially.
We hope that they guide a fairly clear path all the way from understanding what mind is and why it can become a problem, through to stilling the mind and making it a happier place to inhabit and on to moving aside from mind altogether should you wish to purse it that far!

It has taken us weeks of writing, filming and editing to put this material together so we are asking for a small charge for access. In the current coronavirus situation we are making it available at the reduced rate of £35 for the full 6 hours of material.
As many of you know we happily give away much of our content for free so please do explore that if this isn't for you. You can find discussions and many free recorded meditations, videos and Dans book free here

You can also find the first course video for free below, as well as a complete breakdown of the course units and a paypal payment link at the bottom of the page if you would like to enjoy the full exploration.

It goes without saying, that if for any reason you aren't happy with the course just let us know within 7 days of purchase and we will refund your payment in full.
