Our free / donation weekly meditation group is open to everyone, whether you meditate regularly or have never tried before.
They are 'non spiritual' non dogmatic sessions, with a simple guided practice generally based around exploring our true self and happiness.
After discussion of a topic and answering any questions that arise, Dan will guide you through a practice with another chance to ask questions afterwards about that practice or anything at all regarding the mind or meditation :)
Sessions are about an hour but you are welcome to drop in and out, come late, leave early if you have to get the dinner on or put the kids to bed- whatever works :)

You are always welcome to join on the day or watch the recordings afterwards free of charge, however if you can afford to make a small donation for our time that is always much appreciated and you can do that below. Thank you :)
